Students of a vocational school clashed with supporters of ex-premier Thaksin Shinawatra on Saturday morning in front of Supachalasai stadium, where they gather to await for his phone-in speech at night.

According to witnesses, gun shots were heard inside the compound of the Pathumwan Institute of Technology. But there are no reports of injuries.
