Beyond, the countryside beckons, offering adventure travel by trekking, elephant-back river rafting where the traditional villages of colorful hill-tribe people are a unique feature in the landscape.      Itinerary Day 1 Transfer from Bangkok International Airport to hotel Day 2 Half day of Temple & city tour, then depart to Chiang Mai by domestic flight and transfer to hotel Day 3 Visit Doi Suthep Temple, Meo hill tribe and Home industries Day 4 Full day tour of Elephant Safari and bamboo rafting; watch a herd of elephant taking a bath in mountain steam and brief demonstration how this great beast work in remote jungle then take experience ridding on elephant about 1 hour, after lunch embark on bamboo raft, float down River Ping, then trip continue to orchid farm and back to hotel Day 5 Full day tour of Chiang-Rai, visit Golden Triangle where the three countries; Thailand, Myanmar and Laos are met. After lunch visit Mae–Sai where “The top of Thailand” visit Yao and Akna hill tribe village Day 6 Free day as leisure Day 7 Return to Bangkok by domestic flight
